Grade‑2 natural recycled TPU pellets
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer)
TPU is a high‑performance eco‑friendly material. Its core advantages include exceptional abrasion resistance (more than 5 times that of natural rubber), high mechanical strength (tensile strength up to 70 MPa) and superior elasticity (elongation at break up to 1000 %). It exhibits good environmental adaptability with oil resistance, mildew resistance and low‑temperature resistance down to ‑50 °C, together with a broad adjustable hardness range from Shore A 60 to Shore D 80.
Main Applications
It covers a wide spectrum of industrial and civilian fields: footwear (sports shoe air cushions, shoe soles), industrial components (cable sheaths, hydraulic hoses, sealing rings), consumer electronics (phone protective cases, smart watch bands), automotive and medical products (auto parts, surgical gowns, medical catheters), as well as films and textiles (waterproof moisture‑permeable fabrics, inflatable articles).
Please specify your additional requirements including impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property indexes.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑caused defects.
